Lady Hunter would like you to buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with an item you can return it to Lady Hunter within the returns period stated here that is in alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations for a refund/exchange.
Our policy is for you to inform us of your return within 14 days of receipt of your items by email to email@example.com and to return the item to us within 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
To complete your return we require you to complete our Returns/Exchange Form which you can download here. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note in some circumstances we may require proof of purchase. In efforts to be more environmentally conscious we do not print and include a returns form in our despatched parcels. This can be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or is available to download here.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or manufacturing fault
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
We have provided as much information on the products as possible to avoid the need for exchanges. However, we do understand sometimes even with the product information, buyers guides and size guides, you may still wish to return or exchange an item if you are not happy with it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Most refunds are processed and approved within 30 days, although this may depend on your method of payment and card provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have received notification that your refund is accepted and you haven’t received the refund within 30 days, please:
- first check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a special offer code can be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
We quality check all items that are despatched from Lady Hunter HQ to avoid sending items that are faulty. We cannot guarantee quality checking for any items despatched directly from the manufacturer. If you receive an item which you believe to be defective or has arrived damaged through the delivery process please notify us as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified out about your return.
To return your product, you should download, print and complete the returns and exchanges form and mail your product to:

At this time we cannot offer free returns. We hope to change this in the future as we grow the business. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund or exchange items if we do not receive them back at Lady Hunter HQ.
