We want you to buy in confidence with Lady Hunter and we do our best to make it easy for you to shop with us so you can spend less time online and more time in the great outdoors. How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Items in stock at Lady Hunter HQ will be despatched within 24-48 hours. We supply a large selection of different brands on our website and it's not always possible to keep all items in stock at all times, some items may take a little longer to reach you. The maximum delivery time is 7-14 days. Rest assured we will always keep in communication with you and keep you updated on the process of your order with tracking information provided once your order has been despatched. If you need your items a little sooner or have any special requests please get in touch with us via email to hello@ladyhunter.club and we'll do our best to speed up the process.

 

What does it mean when an item is highlighted as a pre-order?

A pre-order item is an item that will be available soon. Either it is out of stock at the manufacturers or suppliers and we are awaiting a fresh delivery, or the item belongs to a new collection or brand that we will be ordering in very soon. To be sure you don’t miss the new stock delivery we allow you to pre-order and your order will go into a cueing system, as the items become available they will be despatched according to the order number and date of placing the order.

 

What if I have ordered a mixture of items and some are pre-order or not in stock at the time of placing the order?

We will always inform you if the item(s) you order are not currently in-stock or if despatch of your order will be subsequently delayed. We will give you the option of despatching items as they become available or grouping them into one delivery. In most cases this will be without additional postage costs. This will in some cases depend on the size or your order, the items availability, and the delivery destination. We will always inform you and let you decide if you would like the items to be despatched as they become available.

 

What if I am not happy with the item, size or fit? How do I return or exchange my item(s)?

We provide as much detailed information as possible about the items we supply to our customers from great product descriptions, product features, materials and fabric technologies, size guides and where possible fitting notes to avoid any disappointment and need for return or exchange. However, we understand that sometimes when you try and item on, or actually hold it in your hands it may not be quite the right fit, not what you expected, or just doesn't suit you and your needs. How do I add items to my wish list?

To add items to your wish list you need to sign up for an account. It's free to set up your account and you don't have to make a purchase in order to do so. Click on 'My Account' on the top right corner of the home page, and click to register for a new account. Once you have set up your account you can browse the items on the website and when viewing the product information click on the heart icon 'Add to Wishlist'. Your items will then be saved in your wish list.

 

Why should I buy from you and not direct from the distributors or suppliers?

In most cases the distributors are b2b only and rely on their suppliers and retailers for their sales and customer service. Prices for items remain the same at a recommended retail price in each country. Here at Lady Hunter we have a wealth of knowledge and experience for women interested in shooting, hunting and field sports not just in the UK, but in Europe, USA and other parts of the world. Our founder has connections all over the globe and through her knowledge, experience and these connections we can advise you on anything you need for your outdoor adventures in the field, forest, or mountains, standing on peg or planning an expedition.

 

What if I'm looking for a specific item from a certain brand and you don't currently have it listed on your website?

We have many plans to add new and different brands to our website and we are always growing our collections. We supply brands that we have tried and tested ourselves, who have the same ethos and ethics as we do, and offer functional and fit for purpose clothing for women who enjoy an active outdoors lifestyle. If there is something in particular your looking for we can certainly try our best to source it for you or point you in the direction of someone that can.
