Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We aim to offer a quick, efficient and reliable delivery service to our UK customers.

Delivery Information

1.1 All parcels despatched from Lady Hunter HQ are sent via Royal Mail or DHL for UK destinations. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic and Brexit circumstances we are now unable to ship to destinations outside of the UK at this time.  All items despatched from Lady Hunter HQ are packed in environmentally friendly, sustainably sourced and recycled postage bags or cardboard boxes.

1.2 Parcels despatched directly from our brand partners are sent via DHL, Parcel Force and other couriers. Parcels despatched direct from our brand partners are packed using recyclable materials.

1.3 All parcels are despatched with tracking information and we email you the confirmation of despatch along with the tracking number.

1.4 Standard delivery costs and times vary depending on the delivery destination (we have listed these below). 

1.5 Please allow up to 7 - 14 days for delivery. In most cases your items are delivered within 2 - 4 days depending on stock availability and your delivery destination. If you need your items quicker please get in touch via email to or using the contact form below and we'll see what we can do to help.

1.6 As of 13th July 2021 we regret to inform our overseas customers that due to the current pandemic and Brexit circumstances we are no longer able to deliver to destinations outside of the UK. We will continue to monitor this and will keep our customers informed of any changes in the future.

1.7 It is our customers responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt and to notify us within 7 working days of any issues or errors.

1.8 Some items will be shipped to you direct from our brand partners. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the delivered item(s), please contact Lady Hunter via email or using the contact form below within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) and we will endeavour to rectify the issue for you.

1.9 Every care is taken to ensure the items you have ordered are sent in perfect condition. If for any reason an item is delivered damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery via email to or via the contact form below. Please include your order number, full name and details of the fault so that we can arrange for a return or replacement of the item.


Delivery Times & Shipping Fees

2.1 United Kingdom
FREE DELIVERY to U.K. Mainland postcodes for orders over £100. Orders under £100 are a standard £6.95. Delivery is within 1-2 working days from the date of despatch. Please note it may take an extra two working days for delivery to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. 

Customs & Duties for Delivery Destinations Outside of the UK

For customers outside of the UK who have purchased from this website on or before 13th July 2021 please see below.

3.1 Product prices are UK VAT inclusive on our website, by default, until you proceed to purchase your order. UK VAT is removed for orders dispatched outside of the UK. The amount of VAT you pay on orders within the UK is stated on the order confirmation email you receive from Lady Hunter and is also sent with your parcel.

3.2 When you place an order through our website from outside of the UK for a delivery destination in Europe, USA, or rest of the world your order will be treated as an export and UK VAT is deducted from the price of the items and not included in your invoice or payment. As the buyer you will be responsible for any import charges and/or duty taxes that may be applicable in your country.

3.3 We complete the relevant customs declarations for your order and delivery destination. Local tax and customs import duties you may incur are calculated based on the value of the item(s). This varies in each country. If you are unfamiliar with the customs fees and charges you can contact your local postal or customs office for further information.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

4.1 We offer a no questions asked 14 day exchange or refund policy for all non-sale items, providing the items are returned unworn (although you can obviously try them on), free from damage, complete with labels attached, and in their original condition and packaging, and in a saleable condition. At your request we can arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund. *Exclusions apply if items were purchased with Gift Card where we cannot offer a refund but can exchange items or add a credit to your account.

4.2 If you wish to return or exchange and item(s), please contact us via email to stating your name and order number, the product and ordered size that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Alternatively you can use the contact form at the end of this page. We'll reply within 48 hours. 

4.3 Please note that any items for return or exchange must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of first placing your order. If not received by us within this time period unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the item(s).

4.4 When returning items for a refund they will be inspected upon return to Lady Hunter HQ and we'll send you an email notification to inform you if your return has been approved. For approved returns a refund will be applied to the method of payment used for your original purchase. We aim to process and approve your return within 7 days of our receiving the returned item(s). Refunds to most payment providers are immediate or within a few days. However, depending on your method of payment this can, in some circumstances be up to 7-14 days. Please note that once Lady Hunter has processed the payment it is the in the hands of your payment provider as to how soon it appears as a credit back on to your method of payment.

4.5 In the unlikely event that your refund or exchange request is rejected due to the item not being returned to us in the condition as stated in 4.1 above, we will notify you via email.

4.6 Please note refunds are for the retail price you paid at the time of purchase for the returned items only. Postage/shipping fees for delivery (if not within our Free UK delivery) are non-refundable, unless of course the items were faulty or damaged upon delivery, in which case we advise that you contact us immediately as stated in 1.9 above.

4.7 At present, as we are a small, independent and growing business we are not able to offer free returns and exchanges at this time (we hope to offer this in the near future as we grow our business), so the postage/shipping fees for returning items for a refund or exchange are your responsibility. Please note that this does not apply to items that you report to us as being damaged or defective. We recommend that you use a tracked and/or signed for service for any returns or exchanges.

4.8 Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a product of the same value. Sale items will be required to be returned to us in the conditions as stated in 4.1 above.

Cancellation Policy

5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations, all customers have the right to cancel an order.

5.2 Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

5.3 To meet the cancellation deadline, please contact us via email to or using the contact form below before the cancellation period has expired.

Gift Cards

6.1 Gift Cards can be used on the Lady Hunter website for purchase of items.

6.2 Our Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for monetary value, but will sit as a credit on your account.

6.3 All other terms as stated above apply to the use of our Gift Cards, and we can exchange or replace items up to the value stated on the card.

6.4 Our Gift Cards do not have an expiry date but may only be used once upto the value of the card and in one order by the customer who holds the account.
