In most cases your parcel will be dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, tracked and signed for, other courier services may be used to despatch your order depending on the size of your order, value of the items, and your delivery destination. This is to ensure your order reaches you safely, securely and in good time. Standard delivery costs and times vary depending on the delivery destination. 

U.K. & Mainland

FREE DELIVERY to U.K. Mainland postcodes for orders over £200.  Orders under £200 are a standard £6.95.

Delivery is within 1-2 working days from the date of despatch.

*Please note it takes an extra two working days for delivery to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

International Delivery


Standard £12.95.  Delivery 2-4 working days.


Standard £22.95.  Delivery 2-3 working days.


Standard £29.95.  Delivery 2-3 working days.

Rest of the World (excluding Russia)

Standard £39.95.  Delivery up to 9 working days.

Customs & Duties

As the buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. that may be required by your country for importing consumer goods.  

As an International consumer, it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the charges and/additional fees for importing consumer goods into your country. Lady Hunter does not collect any additional fees, and cannot give you an estimate of any costs as it varies in each country.  

If you are unfamiliar with the customs fees and charges, you can contact your local postal or customs office for further information.  It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties, charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.  If customs charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Order processing 

Lady Hunter aims to process your order and despatch your parcel as soon as possible.  You will receive notification of your order being received by Lady Hunter, and notification when your order has been dispatched. If there is to be any considerable delay in processing your order due to items being delayed by the supplier, distributor or manufacturer or are currently out of stock, you will be notified by email with further information.

Pre-order Items & Despatch Times

Most items are in stock or available within a short time frame for despatch. Items available for pre-order on our website may have limited stock availablity for immediate despatch and we may be waiting a new delivery from the manufacturer or distributor. Pre-order items may take a little longer for delivery, but rest assured they will reach you. We will keep you updated on the despatch and delivery times.

Quality Control

Every care is taken by Lady Hunter to ensure the items you order are sent to you in perfect condition as provided to Lady Hunter by the manufacturer/distributor. For items being despatched to you from Lady Hunter HQ each item is checked before despatch and packed with care. Some items will be despatched directly from the manufacturer/distributors and if you are unhappy with the quality of the item or you believe an item is damaged or defective, please notify Lady Hunter as soon as possible by email to inform of the fault so arrangements can be made to return/replace the item.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel has arrived damaged please do not sign for it. Please notify Lady Hunter as soon as possible by email so we can liaise with the delivery agent/courier and issue you with a replacement. 

If you discover the damage subsequent to delivery having taken place, please arrange for the goods to be returned to us as soon as possible for our inspection. We will process your return in accordance with our policy for returning damaged or defective items.
