COVID 19 Prevention Policy
As an independent and online only business our business hours have not been affected by COVID 19 at this time and we continue to trade as normal with a few minor changes to ensure your safety when receiving goods from us.
We care about our customers, the service we provide and that you have a positive experience when you purchase from us.
Please see below for information that may be important to you during the current circumstances:
1. Receiving your order
Most couriers and postal services have managed this process extremely well, offering contactless and socially distanced delivery where items are left on your doorstep until you open the door, and no signing for confirmation of delivery, instead a photo of the parcel is taken. We think you'll agree that with online shopping on the rise due to current circumstances our delivery drivers have been rather busy and deserve the same applause as our medical workers for not only taking steps to keep us safe but also by keeping our world economy going.
For our UK deliveries we use Royal Mail and for European and International deliveries we use Parcel Force. All parcels are sent under a tracked and traced service and we provide the tracking number so you know when to expect your parcel.
2. Packing your items
All of our incoming deliveries are checked and stored by one person taking all hygiene and cleanliness precautions. Face masks are worn, hands are washed and sanitised, as is our working area, equipment we use, and our storage facilities. The same applies when your parcel is packed and shipped. We minimise contact as much as possible and we don't send unnecessary paperwork or printed materials in your parcel (not only due to the current circumstances but also because we are an environmentally and earth conscious company).
For items that are occasionally sent to you by the brand manufacturer we've been informed and reassured that they too are following specific workplace guidelines on managing the spread of the virus in their work place and ensuring their workplace policies and procedures not only protect their staff but their customers too.
3. Delivery times and product availability
In most cases our delivery times are the same as stated on our 'Delivery' page and delivery time frames from the date of dispatch remain unchanged. There have been some circumstances where items that are usually available have been delayed due to logistics and manufacturing processes during the current circumstances.
We do our best to update our stock availability on our website and keep it up to date. If for any reason items are unavailable or out of stock it is updated on our website as soon as possible, and if there is to be a delay in delivery or despatching of your order we contact our customers immediately giving time frames for fulfilment of your order. You always have the option to cancel and receive a full refund for any items that may be delayed.
